Eligibility for Returns

Customers are eligible to return most items purchased from Zydane within 15 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must also have all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Some items may not be eligible for returns due to their nature. This includes perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care goods. Process for Returns

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely, including the original product packaging and any accessories. Please ensure the RMA number is included inside the package. Send the Item Back: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Refund Exceptions

Items returned after 15 days from receipt may not be eligible for a refund.
